Previously, Josh was the VP of Customer Success at Brandwatch. Josh has deep experience in Account Management, Sales, Partnerships, and Product roles that leverages a background in front-line customer service. Josh attended Western Sydney University for a BA (Major in Philosophy and Minor in Psychology) and completed his training at the Royal Australian Infantry Corps.
